Of Course Office 2011 (Version 14.5.9) has drastically slowed down since Yosemite and above. At one time there wasn't and the fonts were having to be read into memoryĮach time the applications were opened. ![]() And, I've not heard any recent news that there any Font caches in 2016. ![]() If it does Deleting the Font cache and restarting Computerīut 2016 from what I understand places fonts are in separate containers for each of the Office 2016 applications. I know 2011 has a Font Cache, that when it's Deleted and Rebuilt will speed up thing immensely. ![]() Probably as good as it's going to get unless possibly you convert to SSD.
